The apartment would be shared with others.sometimes you stay by yourself.
The neighborhood is very quiet, even though we are 5min walking distance to Queen Mary street and the Snowdon metro station (and bus 166 to downtown and 51 to Le Plateau/Mile End). There are restaurants (Russian, Chinese, Sushi, Jewish, Indian, Bagel-shop, African, Vietnamese and more), supermarket, drugstore, cafes and liquor store al within 5min walk.
There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen.

It is in a great location close to two different metro stops, the airport bus stop, Centre Bell, St. Catherine, etc. and it has the added bonus of being attached to a hotel which means that you get to go through the lobby and have the comfort, convenience and safety of a hotel concierge right there. My place is what you need! It's available NOW!

My apartment is located in the Rosemont neighborhood, it's only a 5-minute walk from the super trendy Plateau area. Only a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station (3 minutes, if you take the bus). There is plenty of parking space on my street.

It's a new condo, everything is in top shape. The shower has lots of hot water and a good water pressure. The bathtub is so deep I'm sure you'll want to try it. With full kitchen, all linens provided. It's on 2 floors. But the guestroom I'm renting is on the mezzanine. So you have a whole floor to yourself. It even has its own private toilet. And the bed is comfy and QUEEN sized!

The apartment is huge, beautiful, CLEAN (no bugs, eww!), well located and super quiet. It's really amazing. Oh and the place is non-smoking but you can smoke outside on the huge terrace if you want.

PRICE FOR THE ROOM:

$48 per night for one person
$60 per night for 2

Note that my place comes with adorable cats! They are neutered and super friendly.!
TO SUM IT ALL UP:
Beautiful furnished room with super comfy queen size bed in a modern condo.

Condo is on split levels and you can have the whole mezzanine (and private toilet) all to yourself!.

It's super private as one room is upstairs (yours), and mine is downstairs! Kitchen and main bathroom are shared but I'm super discreet :)

So clean! It even smelled good!

It even has 2 toilets (one toilet + one full bathroom) so it's possible not to share!

Free parking on the street

Fits 2 people (sorry I cannot accept more than 2 at this time)

AND it's ideally-located, in walking distance of everything!!
